PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

Throughout her career Joan has been working at the intersection of change - transition - crisis management at executive and board level. Translating problems into actions and solutions is what sets her apart as an Executives United Partner and Consigliere. Her network and years of Agile coaching experience enables her to quickly understand organizations, executive candidates and to help them with their development and personal growth.

For Executives United Joan will focus on Interim Management and Agile projects. Joan coaches organizational transformations based on Agile, Lean and Scaled (SAFe) methodologies.

Implementing a scalable agile framework in an organization is never an easy process. Every company is different in terms of business objectives, cultural aspects, and markets. Therefore, using a similar approach in every organization won’t work. This is where SAFe comes in. It offers best practices and guidelines for solving the problems we face during a business transformation.

Joan is specialist in Agile working, design, program, process and organizational management of change for various organizations and institutes.

EDUCATION

Joan studied Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam, holds an MBA of the Webster University in Leiden, studied Prince 2, Scrum, Quality Management and Agile for Teams.
